About VCN
A National Network
— Built by Veterans, Coaches, and Entrepreneurs for those ready to lead.
Veteran Coaching Network exists to lower the barrier to high-quality coaching and leadership development, and to build the connective tissue between the people already doing the work.
Our Story
Coaching started as a favor. It became a network.
VCN grew out of a simple pattern: veterans who had led people, made hard calls, and built things kept getting asked for guidance. Some of those conversations turned into coaching. Some became mentorship. A few turned into companies.
The lesson was consistent — the right conversation at the right time compounds. Coaching accelerates it. And there was no single place that connected veterans, military spouses, first responders, coaches, and mission-aligned organizations around that idea.
So we built one. Today VCN is a national ecosystem of coaches, panelists, founders, executives, nonprofit leaders, and emerging leaders who show up for each other.
We are not a substitute for licensed clinical care. We are the coaching, mentorship, and leadership development layer that sits alongside the work.
Our promise is simple: veteran-built coaching, open to those ready to lead — with real coaches, real cohorts, and real events.

Training
Digital leadership training, free to veterans.
One veteran. Five courses. $17,500 to $75,000 in training. Zero cost to them.
Each course retails between $3,500 and $15,000, so a five-course package is worth $17,500 at the low end and up to $75,000 at the high end — depending on the courses a veteran is matched with. We cover all five, because the leaders our country already trained shouldn't have to pay to translate that service into civilian impact.
That's not charity. That's a return on service.
Transcript & captions
Fund the training. Multiply the leader.
Every funded seat covers five courses and a coach match. Sponsors and donors are what keep the price tag at zero for the veteran.
