Most interview advice is written for the interview itself. The version of you that shows up is largely decided in the two hours before it starts.
Start with the body — five minutes of slow breathing, four in, six out.
Then the story: three moments, two minutes each — one hard decision, one team you led, one thing that went badly and what you learned.
Then the company: two sentences on what problem this role solves and why you're useful for it.
The last five minutes are for identity. One true sentence about who you are at your best. Then walk in.
